Prices is per pair and arrangements must be made for pick-up as birds are not shipped. All are from the current year’s hatch and have been outside and are fully hardened. Copper’s are high strung and aggressive to other birds. They need areas to hide or get away from activity. They are quite Winter hardy and need minimal protection/shelter. They neither graze on grass nor dig, so they are easy on landscaping in their enclosure. They rarely incubate eggs and if stressed the fertility will be low. The males do not get their full plummage until year 2.
