Introduced in 1911, this cartridge was meant for use in Mauser actions and is only slightly less powerful than the 500 Jeffery. Using a 0.505″ bullet this modern looking round is really only needed for African hunting. While the brass may not be Bertram headstamped, it is all made by Bertram to the same specifications.  This brass is packaged in lots of 20. Shipping weight is 455 g/20 cases.
