This bottlenecked cartridge approximates the ballistics of the 45-70, while still being short enough to work through the Model 76 Winchester lever action. It was also adopted by the NWMP and used for a number of years. This brass is made by Bertram but shows a different headstamp, although it does show 45-75 and is made to the same specification. This brass is packaged in lots of 20.
